Mdima Civils has a complement of 16 permanently employed staff members. We are able to offer a range of services drawing from the vast experience of our staff.
Mdima Civils is a member of NHBRC (Reg No: 32099) and also registered with CIDB (Reg No: 126555) with a 7CE / 7ME status. We are also a member of South African federation of civil contractors (Safcec). We are proud to have been part of The Diamond Academy Program which is the Enterprise Development Program which was conducted by South African Federation of Civil Engineering Contractors (Safcec).

Mdima Civils is a hundred percent BBBEE (Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment) company owned by Xolani Shange and Nqobile Shange. It is headed by Xolani Shange as Managing Director. The company was formed in 2005 as a close corporation with an aim to bridge the gap in skills development. We specialize in water infrastructural projects, pipeline (bulk & reticulation), water retaining structures (reservoirs), concrete structures and roads.
